Becky started giving "The Chicken F'er" talk to community groups that were working to house people. And her team created the "top secret" Rooster Award. Every month, they selected ten or fifteen people who were moving the campaign forward. Each chicken f'er received a little metal rooster to recognize the person's accomplishments.
