Each has his own assigned task: one is pouring the concrete, one is laying the pipes, and one is installing the windows. Although each one is focusing on his own part of the construction, it is obvious to them that each one would help the other if necessary, and certainly wouldn't do anything to sabotage the other one's efforts.
