We have employment policies about working in the family businesses. We say that you need to have the same entry qualifications as an outsider or better. There are two angles to that. My personal opinion is that if you become too prescriptive, it pushes family members away. They say it's too bureaucratic and it seems like you don't want us in the business. I think it has to be balanced.
