The important matters are entry of a generation, what we expect heirs to do, values we wish for the parents to inculcate to their kids, the role of the family in foundation programs. If they want to get involved, we have summer jobs that put them in so they get a bird's-eye view, whether they're in high school or grade school, community projects that come from our foundation-we send some of our kids to do some hospital or Habitat for Humanity work.
