Breathe slowly in and out through your nose

Page 14. Breathe slowly in and out through your nose. Pay attention to your breath. You can either close your eyes or keep them open, but don’t fall asleep. This is important stuff here. Quiet the mind. This is a little trickier in general, we all have thoughts popping into our mind from our subconscious throughout the day. Don’t suppress these thoughts. Allow them to come, just don’t dwell on them. A helpful imagery is imagining you are the Statue of Liberty. All of your foreign thoughts are like waves just passing you by. They will come, but you’ll just let them float on by.
