Intrinsic motivation
Intrinsic motivation. Challenge; designed personal meaning and pursuing a goal that’s difficult, but not possible curiosity; we’re intrigued in fine pleasure in learning more; like the feeling of master. Fantasy; we play a game we use our imagination to make activities more stimulating. Cooperation; enjoy the satisfaction of working with others. Competition; we feel gratified when we compare ourselves to others recognition; please, when others recognize our accomplishment and contributions.
