As a side note, my father was very much into health. At one point and I will tell that story later, he told me that he had invented various vegetable concoctions and containers but was not able to sell them profitably. My father was a thinker and always add new ideas but was very frustrated because none of his ideas ever got mainstreamed until a later date. He was always before his time. And many of the things that he invented, later became extremely popular.
