A person only controls his thoughts which means how does his thoughts perceive nature and how they intend to act on nature. In other words you cannot necessarily control the outcome of your thoughts. If you decide to cross a street and a car comes and hits you, you have controlled your thoughts but you have not been able to control all the circumstances around you.?
