Chapter 11 verse 4 a watchman of the wind will not sow and observer of the clouds will not reap. What this means is someone who's always testing the wind to know whether it'll go north or south will ultimately never plant a tree out of concern that it will be uprooted by the wind. And one was always watching the clouds to determine whether the harvest would be damaged will never harvest.
