ultimately, I was left with a few decisions for which I was accountable and would provide support. I had a lot of decisions in which I’d be consulted or merely informed. In the end, I was personally responsible for basically four decisions; the overall strategy of the company, major investment decisions, especially mergers and acquisitions, who is on the executive team and setting the tone for the values of the company.
