I am not lovable
I am not lovable. Variations of this belief include, I don’t deserve love. I have no identity. I do not deserve to have a loving relationship. I should expect to be betrayed. I cannot trust anyone. This is a similar belief to. I am not safe. The main difference between these two beliefs is that the issue of safety involves more one sense of physical and emotional security, while TRUST has more to do with issues around our sense of connection to human beings, both others, and ourselves.
