The power law states that the most valuable investment in any given portfo-lio will generate the majority of the returns for that portfolio. So, it's almost the opposite of Ray's investing strategy. I would not recommend this for the average investor. This is not a good way to construct a portfolio for the average investor. This is one asset class within what would be a balanced portfolio.
