During our annual family meeting, we have one day in which the managers spend eight hours with the family talking about what's going on with the business. Then we do a half-day roundtable with the CEO and whoever he brings with him. Five or six people from management give talks to the family. That's a much smaller group, so you get a better sense of what the family is thinking about and what thr business is doing.
