To start the values piece, we sent out an email and said, "Put down what your val ues are. What do you think should be included in our mission, vision, and values?" And everybody could give input and we incorporated... you could only imagine with twenty-something people giving input, how many values we had. But we incorporated it because we felt like it was important that everyone had a voice.
