The board is the oversight piece for the business. They're like a business board even though they have family members on, but there's more independent members than family. It's completely different. The family directors on the board report to the family council at their meetings about the business, and the president of the family council reports to the business board about the family council, but the family council has nothing to do with running the business at all.
