We came up with some new ideas for how to make this happen for us. One of them being, we make a G5 committee that has a seat at the table at board meetings, that reports to the board. Its job is to represent our generation, what we're thinking, what we want to know, bring questions to the board that we have. And then also report back to that generation. That was an idea we had about gaining voice and learning about the business
