Unity comes when we appreciate that the power of the group is greater than I am. I have to be willing to accept that. I don’t know everything. I have to be open to hearing other peoples ideas. If I always think I am right, that then it is always about me. It is not about creating unity. If we truly want to achieve greatness, then we must see past ourselves and focus on the big picture.
