Are you pulled in a certain direction? Are you honest? Are you willing and wanting to hear the opinions of others? In order to answer these questions you must be extremely reflective about yourself and ask yourself multiple questions. Make list. Questions like what do you enjoy? What do you want? How hard do you want to work for it? Many more. Create list. Reflect on how your mind works and what happens to you under and during different thought processes

In the book

Sun Tzu's ancient counsel still holds: know yourself, and you need not fear a hundred battles; the wise man questions himself, while the fool questions everyone else. The first rule is simply to learn how to know yourself — to identify your own mind, your strengths and weaknesses, your real motives — because only once you see how you actually regard yourself can you begin to find your true self. So ask the hard, plain questions, and keep asking them. — Who Is Flying (Self, Nature & Nurture)
