It is a formula of being nice, but also being concerned and caring enough that if you need to provide information or criticism to another individual to help them be a better person, that is part of those principles. Those principles also mean that you must have a healthy amount of self-respect and self-esteem so that if someone sees that you are in need of anything, that you will welcome what they have to say in your striving for growth. my failure was in the way I communicated
