Keyword framing a framing is a mental structure that is built upon the beliefs you have about yourself, your roles, your circumstances comment about other people. It is a structure you use to ascribe meaning to given circumstances. In other words the meeting you ascribed any event is dependent on how you frame it in your mind. As such, your frames shape how you see the world, how you see yourself, how you view others, and how you interpret your life. For example do you see the world within the frame of everyone either liking or disliking you or do you see the frame do you see the world through a frame that assumes people are good and trying to help you? Two people coming upon the same situation can have completely different results because of their framing. We have automatic frames where we react automatically and then we have intentional frames where we choose the frame that we want to choose. Something to teach children about framing.sometimes questions can be asked that will help reframe for example could it be that there was a positive intention here? What would I prefer their actions or words to really mean? Does this really have to do with me or is this about the other person? If you can write yourself some new mindset frames that reflect the intentions of how you want to see the world to replace your automatic processing that may cloud your vision over time.
