Page 56 keyword change There are several types of change. Some of these are easier than others. The first is all or nothing changes vs incremental chain. Sometimes you can do one or the other and sometimes only one for. For example having a baby is an all or nothing change. There is habit change where you can choose to get rid of a bad habit or create a good habit. There is a try something you change where you try to do something new or mixing up your daily routine. There is behavioral change which does not necessarily mean a habit but might be more of a commitment to do certain things. There is emotional change where for example you want to feel less irritable and then you try to examine the thoughts and behaviors that contribute to your irritability. There is cognitive change where you might want to change your thinking where you want to think less about the past or not have worrisome thoughts.
