openness recognized that there's nothing weak about showing that something hurts. It can help you deal with that hurt. If you see someone that's hurt help them recognize that it's normal for experiences that may be painful sometimes at intended circumstances and sometimes not. Well you don't have to dwell on those incidents if you can acknowledge that these incidents do have a negative effect will go some way to making it easier. I'm trying to get someone to voice some of the pain that they're feeling. Feelings should not be stifled. While there is value at times in the ability to be on emotional for example when emotions could cloud your judgment putting a stifling of feelings at the center of one's philosophy can erode both mental and physical health.
