Page 25 keyword fear keyword living however, you typically have to pick up a map only if you don't know where you're going or if you're gotten lost. The same goes for this map. You can use the map when you forgotten how to get to where you want to be or if you find yourself lost in disharmony. When you start to feel or experience negative emotions or exhibit behavior that doesn't match the person you know you are and want to be, the map will show you that you're thinking of beliefs are out of sync. At this point you're given a choice. You can choose to stay in this harmony, or you can adjust your thinking to something more positive, something gives you relief from your current state then allows you with your true nature. The structure the map is as follow so you can begin to implement it. Number one a feeling is the way your body energetically reacts to your perception. I feeling of disharmony, then, as a feeling that can range from something as subtle is unease to something as dramatic as anxiety or hopelessness. The first step in using the map is recognizing that you are simply not feeling good. This is a warning sign that you're not living in complete harmony with the essence of who you're truly are. The feeling of being misaligned with your true self is a source of all emotional and rest and confusion. But how did you get out of alignment in the first place? Your mind tends to seek out boundaries, explanations, limitations that allow you to then label everything. These mental constructs are not your true self. Rather, they're all the thoughts up opinions and stories you projected onto life, and making them, you forgotten your true being and become caught up in the outer layers of your existence. This is where disharmony begins. The second item is thought thoughts are the ideas, concepts, memories, words, stories, images, opinions that take place in your mind. Every experience has an ancestor and thought. If you feel it, then you've thought it. At any given moment you are thinking thoughts that either support or challenge the alignment. Moments or periods of this harmony - the feelings of step one dash are the results of thoughts that are dishonent with who you truly are. Moments of alignment are generated by either thoughts of alignment are the complete absence of misaligned thoughts. Simply creating space between thoughts also brings us back into alignment. The last one is belief. Believe is just another form of thought. However it is a thought you have so often had or in such an impactful way that you now immediately take it to be true rather than consciously thinking about it. This isn't your subconscious with rather unrealized conscious thought. You may not even realize what you believe about life. You may have never consciously thought about or address to beliefs that drive the way you live. And this way, your beliefs are one step closer to your essence. They sit on the Nexus between your consciousness and your experienced reality. They are like the first layer of clothing, closest to your skin but covered by other layers. If elevating your thoughts will change your moments, elevating your beliefs will change your life .
