The authors note merely being mindful of these emotions, and seeking them out, deliberately, already increased the frequency of experiencing them. And wonder could not be triggered on the spot or deliberately, and it was as though we were in a position to contribute to the stage which the phenomenon of all and occurred to this more deliberate intensified attention.
