Mindfulness is attending to NOW
Mindfulness is attending to NOW. Mind-map everything that is happening in the present mo ment, every detail you can grasp the sounds, sights, feelings, etc. Being mindful calms you, stills your mind, like a pool of water in the forest. All kinds of strange and wonderful "animals" will come to drink at the pool, and you will clearly see the nature of things. Many strange and wonderful things will come and go, but you will remain still. This is happiness.
