Many people confuse experiencing anger with acting out anger
Many people confuse experiencing anger with acting out anger. Experiencing anger is a purely internal experience. This stands in direct contrast to acting out anger. Acting out anger unleashes it on another person. Anger can be unleashed directly at the person who made you angry, or it may be unleashed on someone else who is just in the wrong place at the wrong time.
