Five characteristics of a powerful culture, be self accountable…
Five characteristics of a powerful culture, be self accountable, proactively get the unsaid said, take responsibility for actions and attitudes, have north star clarity, and dream, big and believe as of anything as possible. We are self accountable. This sounds simple, but think about how many policies and procedures exist simply to ensure that people keep their commitments. We take responsibility for our attitudes and actions. Each person owns what they say and do, whether it’s successful or not we own it. No one points fingers or makes excuses. Everyone steps up and does their work. If we need help, we ask. It’s OK to make mistakes. It’s OK not to know everything. No matter what happens we keep moving forward and growing. As a result, our team enjoys a deep sense of camaraderie, as well as increased creativity and innovation, taking this approach, all in the drivers seat of life. We proactively get the unsaid said. In a powerful culture we don’t withhold information, we put it out there, trusting others to receive it in the right spirit and benefit from it. We create an emotionally safe, safe environment encourage others to proactively, bring up problems, Ideas, and solutions. As a result and camaraderie or high, and the organization is able to move forward with velocity. We dreamed and believe anything is possible. we know that big thinking leads to big results and big thinking starts when we believe that anything is possible. We love forging, new path and exploring until we find a way. We stumble, but we get back up. We are always pushing the boundaries of success, celebrating achievements, and asking what’s next. We have Northstar clarity. We have a clear picture of where we are headed. Team members at all levels and every department can articulate the picture and see themselves in it is outward focused usually centered on the end customer, who represents our ultimate purpose and the reason for being.
