Keyword complaints there are three types of complainers. There is the vendor who's at the satisfied person and does not want to hear solutions no matter how good they are. There are the sympathy seekers who thrive on proving that they have it worse than the rest of their peers or more gloom and doom folks. These people need the jolt of sympathy for their own happiness and they get it by complaining. And then there are the chronic complainers which means that they're basically stuck in a mental loop of focusing on their problems, worrying about them and feeling the need to talk about them. The solution to combat complaining is to have a clear purpose, start with something positive, be specific, and end on a positive.
