A three-step method to get your belief unstuck. A, become aware of the negative beliefs that are holding you and the people around you back. B, think back to how you formed those beliefs. What did you notice? What did this lead to you to imagine? How did what you imagine become hardened into a belief? See, take apart the pieces of the belief cycle. Brainstorm some other alternative things you might imagine and believe.
