We base membership on their careers and experience, not…
We base membership on their careers and experience, not on their family branch. They get together a few times a year to discuss how to grow the business. It's a great idea in theory. but nothing seems to come from it. The members of this growth committee put a lot of time and effort into developing ideas and suggestions. Then, when they take them to the board of directors, the board supports them, but we don't see any results. Hopefully, it will turn into something more than just talking about ideas.
