Long list of common traumas and Michael traumas that may help jog your memory or help you identify early events that have left their mark. Being sick family member sick, hospitalization, parents, divorced parents dying grandparents dying, pet dying. Parents left left alone lost a friend moving car accident not choosing for a team being teased being criticized or lack of contact or affection Major disappointments, and letdown being hit or punished parents, yelling and screaming argument frightening experience with a dog or other animals betraying, trust being betrayed parents, remarrying being bullied, feeling different than peers, physical changes, being humiliated and ashamed. The fact that I have done a stuck in your mind as a clear memory does not necessarily mean it has had a lasting impact. Often childhood experiences with difficult or uncomfortable aspects to them truly are innocent events that cause no long-term damage.
